On Wednesday, January 25, 2024, New Life Company welcomed Mr. Torsten Schurre, Mayor of Bad Barambach City, Federal Republic of Germany, to visit and work with New Life Company. Accompanying Mr. Torsten Schurre were Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Bình Ngân, a lecturer and a member of the IHK Corburg Bayen Jury Council, and Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Mai, representative of the Fortbildung u. Fachbrufsschulle Training Institute and CEO of Golden Beauty Academy, Berlin and Bad Brambach.
The beginning of 2024 marks a significant milestone, promising a fruitful year for all parties involved, as the mayor of Bad Barambach visited. On this occasion, New Life Company officials invited him to visit Lilama International College of Technology, a strategic partner in the educational program with seven professions meeting the standards of the Federal Republic of Germany. During his visit to Lilama College, Mr. Torsten Schurre expressed his pleasure with the learning environment, teaching equipment, and the overall standard facilities of Lilama College. He stated that with such excellent facilities, students can train both in knowledge and physical well-being, creating positive learning energy and achieving high results.

The delegation was received at the school by Vice Principal Dr. Tô Thanh Tuần, along with Mr. Đặng Văn Bình and other specialized teachers. The teachers invited the delegation to visit the dormitory where students reside, as well as the theory and practical classrooms. Witnessing the modern teaching equipment, the mayor’s delegation was amazed by the school’s investment in educational standards at Lilama 2. Here, the equipment for mechanics, electricity, electronics, and technology had all been newly invested, providing students with practical experiences closely aligned with modern technology trends. This helps students develop their knowledge during their studies.
After the tour of the school’s facilities, the school’s representatives and the delegation held a discussion and exchanged ideas, focusing on potential future cooperation. Dr. Tô Thanh Tuần outlined the school’s direction and its goal to help students integrate into the job market in European countries after graduation. Specifically, the school is targeting Germany, a country with advanced technology, as the school’s current educational programs include seven professions based on German technology.
Mr. Torsten Schurre expressed his satisfaction with the school’s facilities and acknowledged the school’s aspirations, promising to promote stronger cooperation in vocational education investment to attract skilled labor. This collaboration aims to fulfill both sides’ goals of long-term cooperation, from education to employment, as Germany is currently in great need of skilled labor to help build the country. Therefore, Mr. Torsten Schurre hopes that the promises made today will lead to future success. During the discussion, Mr. Torsten Schurre extended an invitation to New Life Company and Lilama 2 officials to visit Bad Barambach, Germany, where he lives and works, to further understand and strengthen trust for future cooperation.

After the visit to Lilama 2, the delegation returned to the New Life office for a meeting and wrap-up. Both sides were very pleased with the meeting and exchange. Mr. Torsten Schurre said, “I feel so warmed by your hospitality. You have deeply moved me, and I feel like you are my family. Being with you, I don’t feel like a stranger, and I am very happy.” The simplicity of the mayor brought him closer to the New Life team, creating a new chapter in cooperation, investment, and long-term connection. Mayor Torsten Schurre also expressed his wish to invite New Life’s staff to visit his country, where he would welcome them with the same hospitality that New Life showed him today.
