On the morning of August 17, 2024, the German language training and vocational study center New Life hosted a special workshop to guide students in making mooncakes filled with affection and sincerity as gifts for their parents during the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival. The workshop was led by:

Instructor: Ms. PHAM THI THIEN HUONG
Lecturer at Dong An College – Bakery School Vietnam
Member of Binh Duong Culinary Association – Traditional Cake Artisan
Mr. LE THANH DUOC and assistant instructors.

This activity served as a bridge for students to express their gratitude for their parents’ care and upbringing while also learning a new life skill. The workshop was not just a learning session but also an opportunity for students to show filial piety and deep appreciation. Through the meticulous steps, students gained a deeper understanding of the value of tradition and national culture while honing their skills and patience. The event left a profound impression, strengthening the relationship between students, families, and the school, and creating a comprehensive and meaningful educational environment.

The mooncakes are not only the result of the learning process but also a symbol of the love and gratitude students have for their parents. This activity has further tightened the bond between the school and families, building beautiful memories and positive values in life.
