SIGNING CEREMONY OF NEW LIFE & LILAMA2 – RECRUITMENT AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR STUDY AND WORK ABROAD IN GERMANY
On the morning of January 16, 2024, at LILAMA2 International Technology College, a signing ceremony took place for the Cooperation Agreement – Recruitment and Vocational Training for studying and working in the Federal Republic of Germany between New Life Investment Joint Stock Company and LILAMA2 International Technology College, with the aim of promoting cooperative programs in recruiting and training high-quality human resources.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by representatives of both parties involved in the agreement, as well as invited guests. Recognizing the strengths and capabilities that complement each other, New Life Investment Joint Stock Company and LILAMA2 International Technology College have enhanced efforts to leverage the potential and strengths of both sides in recruitment and admissions, in order to train high-quality human resources for studying and working in the Federal Republic of Germany upon graduation (if applicable). Specifically:
LILAMA2 and NEW LIFE cooperate in recruiting and training high-quality human resources for 07 trades according to German standards:
- Mechatronics
- Industrial Electronics
- CNC Metal Cutting
- Construction Mechanics
- Welding Technology
- Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing
- Mechanical Equipment Installation
Students will receive guidance from NEW LIFE regarding vocational training at LILAMA2 in the 07 mentioned trades. This is an international program approved by the Federal Republic of Germany for working in Germany.
- NEW LIFE collaborates with LILAMA2 to advise on recruiting students currently studying at LILAMA2 and alumni who have graduated, in order to facilitate their employment in the Federal Republic of Germany.
- NEW LIFE works with LILAMA2 to advise on recruiting students who have graduated from other sources for training in accordance with German standards as follows:
- Graduates of the Intermediate Vocational Training Program: Enroll in a higher education program according to German standards and achieve German language proficiency at the B1 level at LILAMA2.
- Graduates from other colleges: Pursue a second degree at the college level according to German standards and achieve German language proficiency at the B1 level at LILAMA2.
After graduating from these programs, New Life will provide advice and assist with the procedures for students to work in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Thus, it can be affirmed that the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement for recruitment and vocational training for studying and working in the Federal Republic of Germany marks a solid first step between New Life Investment Joint Stock Company and LILAMA2 International Technology College. At the same time, it opens up new and promising opportunities for those seeking to study and establish their careers in Germany.
