PROCESS FOR PREPARING VOCATIONAL STUDY ABROAD DOCUMENTATION FOR BEAUTY CARE IN GERMANY

Vocational study abroad in Germany for the Beauty Care field should be planned for at least 2 years. This time frame allows students and their families to properly prepare documentation, finances, skills, language proficiency, and mental readiness—critical factors if there is no prior plan. In general, the process for studying vocationally in Germany follows these steps:

Step 1: Counseling and Document Evaluation

You can do this online or offline. New Life will provide clear, detailed advice on tuition fees, accommodation, and admission requirements. Additionally, we will administer a test to assess the applicant’s suitability for the field, helping to set a clear study abroad path.

Step 2: Study German (B1 Certificate) and Life Skills (6-8 months)

New Life’s experienced teachers will guide students from A1, A2, to B1 and B2 levels of German. Importantly, at New Life, you will also receive training in life skills, health, intellect, and perseverance, alongside language learning. These extra courses are a unique advantage of our center, where we prioritize genuine care and dedication.

Step 3: Take and Receive A2/B1 Certification (2-4 weeks)

This crucial stage determines whether you can pursue vocational study abroad in Germany in the Information Technology field. New Life will provide maximum support to ensure you obtain a B1 certificate, as required by vocational schools in Germany. The exams will be held at Goethe Institute, TELC, or ECL. For Goethe certificates, results are available 2 weeks after the exam, with official certificates issued 4 weeks later. The exam fee for Goethe is 4.3 million VND for the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), and New Life covers all fees in the service package.

Step 4: Interview and Apply for Visa (4-6 weeks)

Students at New Life will participate in an online interview directly with vocational schools/educational institutions in Germany. New Life will complete the necessary paperwork to apply for a long-term visa for entry into Germany for study and work.

Step 5: Vocational Training and Working in Germany (3 years)

Students enrolled in the Information Technology vocational program will study and work, receiving internship allowances of up to 1,200 Euros per month. Additionally, New Life’s office in Germany will support students in arranging study, accommodation, and internship placements, ensuring a smooth and successful journey toward fulfilling their dreams.

Step 6: Receive EU Blue Card (2 years)

After graduation and obtaining an Information Technology degree, students will sign an employment contract with a legal IT company or business in Germany. The worker can apply for a long-term residence permit, known as the EU Blue Card, after 21-33 months of employment.

Step 7: Apply for German Citizenship

After 5 years of residence in Germany, New Life vocational study graduates can apply for German citizenship and become legal citizens. One of the advantages of having German citizenship as a foreigner is that you can retain your original nationality and sponsor family members to join you after 2 years of graduation.
